2 local athletes among 13 players selected for IndyStar All-Stars

SOUTH BEND, Ind.- Ian Raasch of Northwood and Markus Burton of Penn will be joining 11 other players to compete in the 2023 Indiana Boys Basketball All-Stars in June.

The first game for the team is on June 7 at the Junior-Senior exhibition game, and the location is not yet known.

On June 9, the team will play the Kentucky All-Stars for the first time at the Owensboro Sportscenter in Owensboro, Kentucky.

The second game against Kentucky will be June 19 at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The 2023 IndyStar Indiana Mr. Basketball winner will be awarded to one of the 13 young men.

The 2023 Mr. Basketball winner will be announced on April 19 at Clowes Hall at Butler University in Indianapolis during the IndyStar Indiana High School Sports Awards.
