22-year-old man arrested in regard to murder and arson

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. - Since March, the Benton Township Police Department have been investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 65-year-old Wendell Hill and have now made an arrest.
Officials say the incident was suspicious and was investigated as a homicide, which has now resulted in the arrest of 22-year-old Raymond Bogucki.
Bogucki was arrested without incident and taken to the Berrien County Jail on charges of open murder, felony murder and arson in the first degree.
