ELKHART, Ind. — The Tolson Center held its second annual Hispanic Heritage Festival, attracting crowds to celebrate Latino culture through food, music, and art. Food vendors served everything from hearty meals to traditional Latino snacks, while artisans sold handmade goods from Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Live bands played a variety of Latin music styles, including corridos, norteñas, cumbias, and huapango. Organizers said everyone is welcome, highlighting that the festival aims to share and educate the community about Hispanic culture.
