ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Environmental Center invited owners and pups today to their 3rd annual Waggin' in the Woods--a fun filled day of activities, nature walks and a dog costume contest.
In partnership with Tracking Shadows Pet Rescue, Waggin' in the Woods included $15 microchipping, a dog agility course, vet and rescue organizations, an ask-a-vet booth and local vendors.
The highlight of the event was the Pooch Parade, a costume contest with a prize for the best dressed pup!
