40-Year-old charged with molesting 10-year-old girl

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- A Warsaw man was arrested on a warrant for child molestation Thursday. Joshua J Surface, 40, was allegedly having sexual encounters with a 10-year-old girl.
The investigation determined since April 2013, Surface and the 10-year-old victim had sexual encounters at a west side apartment.
Surface was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on multiple Class A and Class C felony charges of child molesting.
His bond was set at $100,000.00.
