4th annual Red Kettle Ring Off held Tuesday

City leaders and officials from South Bend and Mishawaka participated in the 4th Annual Red Kettle Ring Off on Tuesday.
The Salvation Army is raising funds for families in need in St. Joseph County.
All of the money raised will stay in the county.
In 2015, South Bend and Mishawaka raised $2,927.64 combined.
