747 Lands at wrong airport

WICHITA, Kan. -- A cargo jet accidentally landed at the wrong airport in Wichita, Kansas.
The pilots say they did not notice that the runway was too short for the massive jet until it was too late. It wasn't until they were on the ground that they realized their error.
The jet was supposed to land at the nearby air force base.
According to KAKE the 747 successfully took off from the airport around 3 p.m. Thursday.
