BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - Police are investigating a homicide in Benton Township on Friday. One person was killed and a suspect was arrested.
Officers arrested 83-year-old Julius Oats on Wednesday for murder and additional firearms charges.
On Sunday, police found 64-year-old Robert Jones dead from a gunshot wound in the 1700 block of Plimpton Avenue.
