90-year-old guilty of arson

A 90-year-old man has been found guilty of arson.
Last October, police arrived at a home on Kern Road that was on fire.
According to witnesses, Emerson Bixler, then 89-years old, had a history of terrorizing those in his neighborhood.
Bixler was asked to stay off of the property where the fire took place.
He will be sentenced in August.
