SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The 9th annual Brew Fest was held in South Bend on Saturday at the Century Center.
Brew Fest had over 44 brewers and two distilleries in attendance and is the largest brewery festival in the area.
“This is special because one of the things we do is make sure we have a brewer from each and every place that is exhibiting here. And that’s important because people like to go around and talk and discuss and find out why they love what they love and what went into it,” said Jacob Hamman, Director of Sales and Marketing with the Century Center.
Organizers say they’re already planning ahead and looking forward to 2021 which will mark 10 years for the event.
Brew Fest also held a silent auction and proceeds will go to Saint Margaret’s House, a hospitality center for women and children.
