Overturned semi-truck, trailer leaves US 31 temporarily closed Wednesday morning

ABC57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A semi-truck with trailer overturned Wednesday morning on US 31 right before the southbound Kern Road exit.
The South Bend Police Department reports there were no major injuries in this incident.
Several SBPD officers responded to the scene.
The crash happened sometime before 9:30 a.m., and left debris from the truck's trailer across the roadway.
The road was closed for over two hours while cleanup took place.
