NOW: Parade of homes lets customers think about buying or updating their own homes

NILES, Mich. -- Community members across Michiana looking for there forever home, or even just a new place to live got some new places to see during the 'Parade of Homes' event.
The Builders Association of Elhart County hosted the event for customers to look at new homes or even get some inspiration for their next home project.
This year, Concord High School students got in on the fun by building a tiny home.
"Yeah, so it's just a great opportunity, depending on what you're looking to do. For some people, it's their Father's Day tradition. They just come out and they just like seeing the homes. They don't get an opportunity to see new homes like this on a regular basis," said James Byars, President of Fireside Homes.
Byars went on to say, " For some people, they're looking at doing a project, they're either looking to do a build or they're looking to do a renovation, and this is an opportunity for them to get some inspiration, and to just evaluate who they may want to work with."
The next day to view the Elkhart County homes will be June 25-28.
