ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A Florida man is now charged with Child Molestation in St. Joseph County.

One person alleged that Greg Rittenhouse committed the assault several years ago.

Investigators in St. Joseph County say they spoke to Rittenhouse over the phone about the allegations over the phone before asking him if we would be willing to speak to a detective/investigator in Florida; Rittenhouse said he would.

Rittenhouse allegedly admitting to assaulting the victim to an agent of the Brevard County Sheriff's Department.

A hearing date has not been set.
