A Berrien County rest area will temporarily close

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Michigan Department of Transportation announced the Watervliet Rest Area will be closed for approximately three weeks in September.
The Watervliet Rest Area, located off the westbound lanes of I-94, will be closed from September 9 through September 29.
This closure will allow construction to be completed and bring the facility up to date with the Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
