Starke County face-to-face with severe weather
A few scattered showers move through Michiana today, but it won't be a washout by any means. Temperatures stay cool, topping out in the low to mid 70's. Most of today is fairly quiet ahead of the potential for some more active weather tonight. The severe threat has diminished significantly, but we could still see a few isolated strong to severe storms tonight. The greatest impacts will be gusty winds and heavy rain which could lead to flooding, especially in southern Michiana. Showers linger into tomorrow, but things look to be dry by Monday evening. Tuesday is dry, and we'll likely see the return of a bit of sunshine. Temperatures are chilly to start the work week with highs struggling to make it past the mid 70's tomorrow. We'll be staying seasonably cool all week long.
Today: Scattered showers. High 76.
Tonight: Scattered rain and isolated thunderstorms. Low 64.
Monday: Scattered showers. High 74.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy. High 80.
