We may have some showers and storms moving through the area during the morning hours today. A few storms could be on the strong side, producing heavy rain, lightning, gusty winds, and some small hail at times. Most of the rain should wrap up by 3 PM and we’ll be left with mostly to partly cloudy skies for the remainder of the day. The early work week looks dry, but the humidity looks to return by Wednesday. Along with the added moisture comes an increased chance for storms Wednesday night into Thursday afternoon. By then, highs are expected to climb into the mid to upper 80s. Slight rain chances stick around for Friday afternoon and Saturday morning as well.
Sunday: Scattered showers/storms in the morning and midday, then mostly cloudy. A few storms could be strong. High of 78.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low of 60.
Monday: Mostly cloudy becoming mostly sunny. Highs near 80.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.
