Tornado threat decreasing, but severe weather still expected...
Scattered showers make their way through Michiana this morning with a chance for a few isolated thunderstorms. We're starting the day damp and cool with temperatures staying in the upper 60's and lower 70's before noon. Conditions improve by the afternoon with highs that rise into the lower 80's and sunshine on its way, it'll be a great day to get outside and enjoy the pleasant weather. Skies stay mainly clear overnight, right in time for the peak of the Perseid meteor showers tonight. We'll see more sunshine and warm weather tomorrow, although there's a chance for some showers later in the day. Thunderstorms are expected to return Monday, but the risk of severe weather looks to be low.
Today: AM showers, mostly sunny after. High 82.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 67.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. Showers possible late. High 83.
Monday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. High 76.
