ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -
A fire ravaged two Elkhart homes early Sunday afternoon.
Multiple fire crews from Elkhart County responded to the fire around 12:30 p.m. at 22100 block of Sunset Lane.
High winds made the fire hard to fight, as it took crews nearly 3 hours to put out.
Officials say the cause of the fire is still unknown.
