A lull in the winter weather Friday before more snow this weekend. A Midwest storm will make headlines, however Michiana will be on the northern edge, with marginal snowfall. Up to three inches of snow looks possible, the highest amounts south of U.S. Highway 30 in Indiana. The snow ends by Sunday with clearing skies into Monday of next week.

Tonight: Flurries early, mostly cloudy. Low of 18.
Friday: Mostly cloudy. High of 32.
Saturday: Snow showers. High of 32.
Sunday: Partly cloudy. High of 34.
