GRANGER, Ind. – Premier Pediatrics is a new pediatrics office in Granger that opened for its first day of accepting patients on Tuesday.
Everyone entering the building will be screened for symptoms to help protect patients and employees from contracting and spreading COVID-19.
“There’s been a lot of people that I think have been a little bit timid about having their children come in for care, but I think the thing to know is that now we have a little bit over a year of COVID under our belt, we have a little bit more experience and now we have processes that are running more smoothly than they were when we first started and everyone was shutting down,” said Dr. Charisse Johnson of Premier Pediatrics.
Premier will also be offering virtual appointments for families who are wanting to be extra cautious.
The new office is located in Toscana Park, behind Heritage Square.
All individuals from newborn to age 23 are eligible for appointments.
