A wild night in South Bend with one man critically injured

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A hit and run accident involving a vehicle and a person happened just before 10:00 p.m. Saturday near Willis and Bulla Roads in South Bend.
Crews responded to the scene and found a very complicated situation.
We were able to speak with the sheriff of St. Joseph County and he explained the evening's events.
