ELKHART COUNTY, Ind.-ABC 57 News is once again partnering up with Stephenson’s of Elkhart to host a Holiday Coat exchange. It’s all to benefit CAPS (Child and Parent Services) of Elkhart County.
The community is invited to drop off gently worn coats and jackets to Stephenson’s downtown Elkhart location. The greatest need is for women’s and children’s coats, but all donations will be accepted.
In exchange for a donation, customers will receive a savings voucher of 40% off any new Stephenson’s women’s or men’s coat and 30% off any other item in the store.
“Our campaign motto is to spread the warmth and this year promises to be our most effective yet,” said Danny Reynolds, Stephenson’s Store Principal. “The people of Michiana have been so supportive for us for over 86 years that we are thrilled any time we can give back.”
Personal hygiene and household items donations are also appreciated. December 2nd is the last day of the coat exchange. For more information about CAPS, click HERE.
