Accused student leaves Notre Dame

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- 20-year-old Vanessa Cabello is no longer enrolled at the University of Notre Dame.
She was recently arrested and charged with attempted battery.
Police said she tried to stab another student at Siegfried Hall about two weeks ago.
Her would-be victim was able to overpower and lock her in a room until officers got to the dorm.
