Severe weather is likely tonight for portions of Michiana
DOWAGIAC, Mich. – Five people were seriously injured and two are dead following a fatal head-on crash on M-51 and Crystal Springs Road Sunday evening.
Cass County Sheriff's Department said the call came in at 8:01 p.m.
A southbound PT cruiser on M-51 collided with a Chevy Impala headed the opposite direction.
Deputies say names of those involved will not be released until family is notified.
Police are still investigating the cause of this crash.
