Alleged rape victim to pursue civil suit

Florida State football star Jameis Winston's legal trouble may not be over.

Winston was acquitted for rape of a fellow Florida State student.

That student's attorney is now saying they may still target Winston and members of the police department in a civil suit.

Attorney Pat Caroll says the Tallahassee police department was negligent in its handling of the case.

Winston's attorney acknowledges the two had sex but claims it was consensual.
