Alumni petition aims to save Galien schools

GALIEN, Mich. -- Save Galien Township Schools!
That's the goal of a new alumni-driven petition.
They plan to give it to Michigan’s Deputy Superintendent on Wednesday when she meets with the school board.
The petition asks the state to keep the district open through the end of the school year.
