Starke County face-to-face with severe weather
NAPPANEE, Ind. -- On Sunday, Dec. 21, Amish Acres held a Christmas Market for any left-over Christmas shopping.
Products such as home decor, baked goods, toys, and beauty and self-care products were sold at the event.
Along with the Market, Bright Steps, a nonprofit organization where they help underprivileged student athletes, supplied hot chocolate and even the Santa Claus.
Brad Juneau, owner of Amish Acres, stated, "So Amish acres has always been involved in the community with different holiday events. And you know, right now we're waiting on some final inspections to get our theater and all open. And so, as we wait on those inspections, we are able to utilize a facility in any way we can, and vendor events is one of those things that we can do.
