Angela Boulevard causing road restrictions in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-In South Bend, Angela Boulevard is closed from Northshore Drive to Portage Avenue, and Riverside Drive from Hudson Avenue.
This also includes the Angela Boulevard bridge over the St. Joseph River, and for bikers and joggers.
Riverside Trail will remain closed as they work on the sewer project.
