Angelina Jolie undergoes double mastectomy

Movie star Angelina Jolie went public with news she had a double mastectomy to reduce her odds of getting breast cancer.
She carries a gene that almost guarantees she will get the illness at some point so she went ahead and had the procedure.
Jolie's mother died of breast cancer in her 50's. Jolie is now 37.
