Another lawsuit filed against state from Indiana State Fair tragedy

Another lawsuit was filed against the state of Indiana. The wrongful death claim stems from the Indiana State Fair stage collapse.
23-year-old Alina Big-Johny of Fort Wayne died in the accident.
Her family's lawyer claims gross negligence and recklessness by the promoters and producers of th Sugarland concert.
They say the collapse could have been prevented. The August 13 stage collapse killed seven people and injured dozens more.
