Another person charged in Syracuse double murder

According to information released by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department on Saturday, 22-year-old Kyle David Dehart has been arrested in connection to the Syracuse double murder.

Dehart was preliminarily charged with two counts of murder and one count of obstruction of justice.

He was arrested on February 19th on two Kosciusko County misdemeanor warrants, the same day Joshua Knisley, 19, and his girlfriend, Tara Thornburg, 23, were murdered.

Dehart is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail without bond.

Friday, Kyle Dehart's mother, Joan Dehart was arrested for assisting a criminal in this case.

22-year-old Brandon Thomas Woody was the first person arrested in this case.
