Showers and storms will likely develop during the early afternoon and continue throughout the evening and into the overnight hours. Some storms could be strong to severe anywhere from 2 pm to 2 am at the latest. The main threats with these storms are heavy rain, lightning, and gusty winds. Our weekend looks much drier and seasonal with partly to mostly sunny skies and highs in the low 80s. By the 4th of July, most of us will be dry but there is a slight chance of some showers and storms.
Friday: Scattered storms in the afternoon, high of 82.
Tonight: Showers and storms ending around 2 am, otherwise, mostly cloudy. Low of 65.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy early with clearing later. Highs around 80.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, highs in the low 80s.
