Apple announces release date of new iPad

The new C.E.O. of Apple, Tim Cook, had big shoes to fill; and he did it in a big way on Wednesday.

The latest edition of the iPad was released, and cook said it will have a HD display, 4G wireless and a better camera than its predecessor.

The starting price will be $499, which is actually what the iPad 2 started at.

No one has announced the name of this new device, but it will be available on March 16.
