SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Downtown South Bend has opened the application portal for artists who are wanting to participate in Art Beat 2022 and the Art Beat Poster Design Contest.

Registration for all artists wanting to participate in Art Beat 2022 must be received by Downtown South Bend by May 1.

Booth space for participating artists will be free. However, all applications will have a $10 fee.

Art Beat 2022 will have artists and art organizations positioned throughout downtown for the event on August 20 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Artists also have an opportunity to enter submissions for Art Beat 2022’s Poster Design Contest.

The winning design will be featured in all of Art Beat 2022’s marketing materials. Along with winning a $250 grand prize, the winning artist’s design will be on display on the event’s posters, flyers, t-shirts, programs, billboards and more.
