Power restored to most residents in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- There are approximately 100 customers in South Bend without power, down from approximately 2700 earlier in the day, according to Indiana Michigan Power.
I&M said there was a substation outage on the northwest side of the city.
By 6:15 p.m., all but 100 customers were restored. I&M expects to have the rest of the customers restored Monday evening.
