Local candidates who are running for Portage Township Trustee were invited to make a statement at a public forum hosted by the American Democracy Project and the League of Women Voters.
On Wednesday, we have the statement from Jason Critchlow, Democratic candidate for Portage Township Trustee.
Forum organizers also extended the invitation to Rod Goodchild, who is running against Critchlow, but he wasn’t able to make the forum.
No Republicans are running this year.
Indiana’s primary election is May 3.
