Armstrong admits to elaborate doping scheme

After famed cyclist Lance Am strong confessed to one of the greatest lies and deepest cover-ups, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency released a statement that said his admission is "a small step in the right direction."

In an exclusive interview on the Oprah Winfrey Network, the former cyclist admitted to taking part in an elaborate doping scheme and he took responsibility for the cover-up.

"My cocktail so to speak was only EPO, not a lot, transfusions and testosterone," said Armstrong. "All the fault and all the blame here falls on me."

Part two of the interview will air Friday on OWN.
