Arrest made in early morning murder in LaPorte

LAPORTE, Ind. -- LaPorte Police were called to the 1000 block of Lincolnway early Saturday morning and found a man bleeding badly.
The victim was taken to IU Health LaPorte Hospital where he later died.
Based on their investigation, LaPorte Police arrested 26-year-old Justin M. Lower on a preliminary charge of murder.
