Attorney: Casey Anthony may take the stand in upcoming civil trial

In the upcoming civil trial against Casey Anthony, she may take the stand.
That's according to her civil defense attorney. Anthony is being sued for defamation. Zenaida Gonzalez claims Anthony ruined her life.
She told authorities a nanny by the same name took her daughter Caylee. The girl was reported missing in July of 2008.
Her remains were found in December of that year. It's been a year since a jury found Casey Anthony not guilty of killing her daughter.
The civil trial is scheduled to begin in January.
