Author of 'No Easy Day' in hot water for disclosing classified information

A military man is in some hot water over a book he wrote.

Using the pen name "Mark Owens", the former Navy Seal wrote a book about his role in the Osama Bin Laden raid.

Now the Pentagon is saying that this is a "material breach" of a non-disclosure agreement.

The Pentagon said legal action is consideration for this author and anyone else involved with the book No Easy Day.

"Mark Owens" signed two non disclosure agreements with the Navy that state, "You have a continuing obligation to never divulge classified information."
