Baby elephant plays in kiddie pool

FT WORTH, Texas -- A baby elephant at Fort Worth's zoo tried to beat the heat Thursday.
The "tiny" 330-pound calf took a dip in a kiddie pool.

She was born last month and is only the second elephant calf born at the Texas zoo.
Her mother, a 40-year-old Asian elephant named Rasha, was closely monitored during her 22-month pregnancy.

The baby's father, a calf named Groucho, is originally from the Denver Zoo.

Officials say both the baby and its mother are in good shape.
