UPDATE: One man dead after large tree limb falls on him, injuring wife

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND,Ind. -- The South Bend Police and Fire Department are responded to reports of a fallen tree that had injured two people at the 600 block of W. Washington Street in South Bend.
Upon arrival officers located a male suffering from serious injuries from a large limb and was ultimately pronounced deceased at the scene. The male's wife was also injured but is being treated at the hospital.
The victims are from the Indianapolis area and the male's name is being withheld pending next of kin notifications.
