Baby rescued from Philadelphia train tracks

WEST PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- A West Philadelphia mother had a gut wrenching moment in a train tunnel Wednesday.

It took about six seconds for the mother's stroller with a 14-month-old baby girl inside to drift away from her and flip onto the tracks.

Luckily some Good Samaritans stepped in and helped the mother and the daughter.

A woman hit the emergency button alerting police who stopped an incoming train while others rushed to the mother's aide.

Train officials say trains on that line come every six minutes or so and the next train was just a minute out from the station.
