Bacon and flour semis collide, causing grass fire on Indiana Toll Road

LAGRANGE CO., Ind. -- Two trucks collided and on the Indiana Toll Road Tuesday afternoon.

The incident has traffic shutdown near mile marker 129.

Fire crews were at the scene, working to extinguish the flames.

Officials from the Indiana Toll Road said that one truck was hauling bacon and the other was hauling flour.

They said that the bacon truck rear-ended the flour truck and caught fire. The fire then spread to a dry grassy area on the side of the road. The fire has since been contained.

Both drivers are said to be okay. The truck, however, did lose some of its load.
