OSCEOLA, Ind. -- 'Battle of the Badges' took place over the weekend to help facilitate sports field upgrades for baseball and softball fields.
The fundraiser is helping to improve the condition of the fields, but the fundraiser will help upgrade the fields, including improving the scoreboard and adding lights.
The event had teams of firefighters face off against each other for a good cause.
ABC57's Summer Horan sat down with Osceola Police Chief Thomas Hixon about the fundraiser and more.
