Bench trial set for Michael Hosinski

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A bench trial has been set for Michael Hosinski, the former Jimtown teacher who was captured on surveillance video striking a student in February.
Hosinkski is facing one count of battery resulting in bodily injury.
His trial is set for June 13.
