Benton Harbor Applebee's reopens

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. — The Benton Harbor Applebee's restaurant reopened its doors Friday.
The restaurant underwent a $300,000 renovation. They added more booths, new floors and larger televisions in the bar area.
"We have opened things up, changed the bar area to give you more of an open feel," said general manager Lamont Arrington. "It invites everybody to kind of interact with one another when they come inside the bar."
The restaurant is located on Pipestone Road.
