Benton Harbor commissioners fight to save city-run radio station

Benton Harbor commissioners announced plans to fight for the city-run radio station.
Emergency Manager Joseph Harris shut down 96.5 this week, but commissioners claim he pulled the plug without just cause.
They told us their First Ammendment rights are being violated, and a lawsuit is in the works.
The station was broadcast out of city hall.
