Berger earns 300th win; Sectional Final matchups set

High school state basketball tournament action rolls on in both Indiana and Michigan!

Friday saw Michigan district champions crowned, and sectional championship matchups set in Indiana.

A couple big milestones were also reached on Friday. Marian head coach Robb Berger captured his 300th career win, and his 200th with the Knights in their win over Glenn. Penn senior Drew Lutz reached 1,000 points for his career with a 20-point performance in the Kingsmen victory over LaPorte.

In Michigan hoops action, three local teams won hardware. Benton Harbor, Brandywine, and Cassopolis all earned district championships to advance to next week's regionals.
