Between the Buns donates to Potawatomi Zoo

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- What's good for an area restaurant is even better for the South Bend zoo.
The Osceola and Granger "Between the Buns" locations are donating 10-percent of their food sales to the Potawatomi Zoo.
In addition, guest bartenders will be selling special drinks called Pink Flamingos. Half of the proceeds from the drinks will also go to the zoo.
“Anytime people go out for a good fundraiser and have a good time of course we have great food great drinks so I’m looking forward to it. It should be a good time,” said Phil Schrieber.
Even though kids are back in school, there's still time to go to the zoo. It doesn't close for the season until the end of November.
